IBA were commissioned to produce a space planning solution and fit-out within an existing high profile office development at St Ann’s Quay on Newcastle’s Quayside occupying a prime site adjacent to the River Tyne, a stones throw from the Millennium Bridge.

The fit-out included the design and integration of sound reducing full height cellular double glazed offices within an open plan irregular office space maximising the number of work stations whilst maintaining a flexible spacious environment. The integration of rolling storage minimised the use of valuable space whilst maximising filing capacity.

The design also included alterations to the existing mechanical and electrical installation, new audio and visual installation, the relocation and careful integration of several feature walls from our Clients former office and new floor finishes and decoration throughout offering a bright, fresh, modern working environment.

IBA also administrated the Contract and worked closely with the Main Contractor to ensure the refurbishment and fit out was delivered within an incredibly tight 14 day programme and within budget.
