Baltic Park is an industrial development at Saltmeadows Business Park providing 11no units in 5 separate blocks.

IBA Architects were involved from the inception developing the scheme through a number of iterations to meet the clients brief within a very tight and awkwardly shaped site.

Blending modern industrial aesthetics with practical design the buildings have been developed with a blend of cladding types and colours to express the individual units.

One of the driving factors to the site layout was to provide a wide range of unit sizes and types that would be attractive to the wider industrial market. The units ranged from 2,375 – 5,500 sq.ft trade counter terraced units and stand alone units between 7,250 sq.ft – 48,500 sq.ft
