IBA Architects were commissioned to design a new warehouse and production facility for SNOP UK who design, fabricate and supply high quality automotive body components to the car industry including Nissan UK.

The development covers a site area of 6.94Ha and comprises 20,400 sq.m GIA Class B2 manufacturing facilities and circa 1500 sq.m GIA ancillary offices with associated parking and sustainable landscaping. The building also accommodates future expansion offering an additional 8,950sq.m production and manufacturing space.
