Keel Row is Phase II of The Watermark development at the western end of the site and comprises thirteen offices in two staggered terraces overlooking the Rivers Tyne and Derwent. Each Office feels open and airy, with exposed timber framework showing the structure of the pitched roof; all with views that sweep over the River Tyne and its local habitats. Natural light and spacious rooms paired with rigorous insulation create an optimized place to work, for both comfort and a healthy mentality.
