Iba wokred on a the development of 3 industrial units with integral office space.

Located in Hebburn, Tyne & Wear, this development was partly funded by the Northeast LEP. The design had to be efficient in terms of site utilisation and cost while meeting the aesthetic requirements of both the Client and Local Authority.

The completed buildings achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating and are now fully let.
