IBA were commissioned to design buildings for use as high quality speculative office space on a mixed use development on the outskirts of Stockton for a private developer.

The development consists of 17 two-storey office units varying in size from 1290sq ft to 1500sq ft gross internal area that are organised in three inward looking blocks overlooking a central shared-use landscaped courtyard.

Unit entrances are defined by a two-storey glazed curtain walling feature for a dramatic main entryway.
