The project is a contemporary, domestic extension to a grade II listed folly. The extension has a steel frame to allow for large glazed openings and clear, internal floor spans in-filled with rendered, solid masonry walls. The master bedroom suite on the top floor has two, fully glazed walls with commanding views of the Client’s garden and the historic Jesmond Dene beyond.
